We are very satisfied with the great service Ken provides and the amazing mechanical work Nick and the other mechanics do. We recently took in our 2005 Tahoe with bad water pump, it’s my wife’s truck and uses it for work so we were hoping we would be able to get it before close of business. The guys worked hard and did an amazing job. The truck is running great and they also made sure we were aware of bad belts and thermostat. Good price and great work. So grateful for the knowledgeable people at Motorworks NW! I was having several problems with my Tahoe....My Speedometer stopped working and my heater had 2 settings.... Off and On(high) and a there was a weird knocking noise from under my hood. Teri at the front desk was able to get me in very quickly and Ken was able to figure out the problem right away.  I was happy that I got a full diagnostic and an idea of what need to be fixed the most urgently. Took a pre-owned car to these guys for a pre-purchase inspection. I found them by doing an internet search because I'm not a local. They were nothing but helpful. They were able to get my car into their schedule without a problem, went over the car in the parking lot with me, pointing out potential problems and areas to look out for, and did a thorough inspection of the car on the lift. Both of the owners were there and I liked them.
